Daisy works hands-on with the tissue of your body, in particular the fascia, also known as connective tissue. Josephine Lloyd, whose students call her Yoga Jo, has been teaching yoga for a decade. She combines a friendly, informal teaching style with a huge understanding of yoga and its many techniques and applications. Judith is a fully qualified hypnotherapist, having trained for a Diploma in Hypnotherapy & Psychotherapy (DHP, a Hypnotherapy Practitioner's Diploma (HPD) and Diploma in Solution-Focused Brief Therapy for Hypnotherapists (SFBTH) at Clifton Practice.
